I Just had access restored to my accounts this morning... when i logged on after changing all the passwords i found that all my characters were deleted (21 total, plus several storage mules) and the account stripped of everything. when I asked PlayNC about this they said they cant do anything... i'm pretty upset about this, since i put alot of time into my characters (3 Kind of a Big Deal, 1 People Know Me, many other titles) and its kinda sad that they cant do anything even after they confirmed that the account was stolen and they retored my access to it.
